Background


Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Guna spent three years working with European Capital’s UK buy-out team, where he focused on mid-market private equity transactions across a broad range of sectors including consumer, leisure, healthcare and industrial services.  Previously, he spent four years in M&A advisory at the London-based investment banking practices of Merrill Lynch and Greenhill & Co.

  • BSc. with honors in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science
