Background


Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Hariri served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sunset Gower Studios, a portfolio company in the first fund of GI Partners. Prior to Sunset Gower Studios, he was a manager of corporate finance at Mattel, a summer investment banking associate at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and an associate at Pacific Corporate Group.
